由9月25日至30日，嗇色園黃大仙祠將延長展出以中華傳統文化產物為主題的特色花燈裝置，例如玉兔、雙龍戲珠、麒麟獻瑞等，讓更多市民能夠進園欣賞花燈，夜遊黃大仙祠。

Sik Sik Yuen Centennial Carnival at Wong Tai Sin Temple
時值嗇色園黃大仙祠100周年紀慶，嗇色園將於2021年9月18至24日舉行花燈廟會活動，結合中秋花燈晚會和「嘉年華」式的廟會，藉此與大眾市民分享嗇色園創立100周年的喜悅，同賀黃大仙師寶誕以及宣揚本地非物質文化遺產項目。

嗇色園賽馬會「晴繫友里」計劃– 義工嘉許暨結幕禮
嗇色園賽馬會「晴繫友里」計劃是香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助的三年項目，由2018年11月開始至今年2021年10月正式完結。本計劃於2021年8 月30日於黃大仙祠鳳鳴樓禮堂舉行「義工嘉許暨結幕禮」。

嗇色園黃大仙師上契結緣儀式　近130名幼兒青年參與　傳承黃大仙信俗文化
黃大仙師素有「有感必孚，無求不應」的威靈，深受廣大香港市民的尊崇。自2016年起，嗇色園開始舉辦「黃大仙師上契結緣儀式」，讓善信透過「上契」（又稱「契神」），與仙師建立親近關係，同時傳承民間祈福習俗。

本園於8月12日至8月15日一連四天舉辦「真“嗇”玩MOBILE」活動，以移動運動車巡迴港九新界多處，車上設有踩單車遊世界和桌上冰壺兩項創新活動，讓市民大眾一同參與，齊齊玩，齊齊認識做運動的好處。

嗇色園百周年紀慶 - 「長者前列腺健康推廣計劃」啟動禮暨健康講座
有發現前列腺疾病發病率隨年齡而遞增，絶大多數年長男性都會面對良性前列腺增生之苦。嗇色園一直致力推廣道家『未病先防，既病防變』的養生文化。
